Position: Business Development Manager – Facility ManagementLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and client acquisition for our facility management client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in securing FM contracts, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to business expansion within the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new business opportunities across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contract performance.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming tender opportunities.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of business development experience within the UAE facility management sector.Demonstrated success in securing soft services, hard services, or integrated FM contracts (Dubai market experience preferred).Strong understanding of FM service delivery models, pricing structures, and value propositions.Familiarity with CAFM systems and technology-driven FM solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (FM certifications are an advantage).Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Opportunity to play a key role in shaping a growing FM brand.Supportive leadership and a dynamic, growth-oriented work environment.
