Business Development Manager (Fintech)

We are seeking a highly experienced and connected Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the Fintech industry, leveraging a robust network to drive business growth and forge strategic partnerships.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve company goals.Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer needs, and business opportunities in the Fintech sector.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and potential clients.Identify and secure strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance market position.Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pipeline management and deal closure.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, and customer service teams to align and support business development efforts.Provide regular reports and insights on business development activities and market feedback to senior management.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 3–5 years experience in business development within the Fintech or financial services industry.Proven success in building strategic partnerships and driving business growth.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.Strong professional network within the Fintech and financial services ecosystem.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.In-depth understanding of the Fintech landscape, trends, and regulatory environment.Self-motivated, analytical, and proactive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic team environment.Send your CV to tunelcommsconsulting@gmail.com using the job title as the subject on or before 17th October 2025.
