Business Development Manager – Fintech Private Equity

We are recruiting, on behalf of a rapidly growing and technology-driven private equity platform, an Investor Solutions Manager to support and strengthen the firm’s development in Belgium. The company provides digital access to leading private equity funds, enabling individual and semi-professional investors to participate in an asset class traditionally reserved for large institutions.After a successful launch in the Benelux region, the organisation is now expanding its Belgian presence.Role OverviewIn this strategic and entrepreneurial position, you will contribute directly to the commercial expansion of the Belgian market. Your responsibilities include:Acquiring and managing new investor relationships.Building partnerships with financial advisers, wealth managers and related stakeholders.Representing the company within the Belgian market through networking and industry events.Advising clients on private equity investment strategies and the solutions available on the digital platform.This role is suited to a commercially driven professional with a strong interest in private equity and the ability to build trust with investors.Candidate Profile3 to 10 years of experience in the financial sector or professional services (corporate finance, banking, wealth management or commercial financial roles).Strong entrepreneurial mindset and commercial ability, with a proactive approach to generating new business.Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate complex investment concepts clearly.Alignment with core values such as transparency, quality and substance.Fluent in Dutch and English; French is considered an advantage.Salary & Employment ConditionsGross monthly salary: between €6,000 and €7,000 (employee status).Additional benefits and performance-related components may be included depending on experience.LocationThe role will be focused on the development of West Flanders or Flemish Brabant.
