We partner with clients in industries where quality, safety, and compliance are non-negotiable including global technology companies, leading hotel brands, major healthcare providers, and critical community facilities.Operating across all States and Territories, Challenger is recognised for its reliability, performance, and genuine commitment to people and sustainability.About the RoleAs part of Challenger’s National Sales and Marketing Team, and reporting directly to the General Manager of Growth, this is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving Challenger’s expansion within the Food & Beverage and Food Manufacturing sectors with a particular focus on specialist hygiene and deep cleaning services.You will leverage your industry knowledge, relationships, and commercial acumen to identify new business opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and position Challenger as the trusted provider of hygiene-critical solutions. Some interstate travel will be required to meet clients and support national growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the Food Manufacturing, Processing, and Beverage sectorsBuild and maintain strong relationships with operations, quality, and compliance leaders across the industryDevelop and execute strategies to grow Challenger’s specialist cleaning and sanitation service portfolioCollaborate with internal teams across operations, finance, and marketing to develop customer-focused solutionsUse HubSpot CRM to manage leads, track pipeline activity, and report on performance metricsConduct market and competitor analysis to inform sales and commercial strategiesPrepare high-quality proposals, presentations, and tendersAbout YouWe’re seeking someone with energy, initiative, and drive a connector and influencer who thrives on building relationships and achieving results.You’ll bring:Proven success in B2B business development within Food Manufacturing, Processing, or FMCG industriesStrong understanding of cleaning, sanitation, and compliance requirements in production environmentsWell-established network within the food sector and confidence to engage at senior levelsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong tech literacy and experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systemsA proactive, self-starting attitude with genuine hunger to succeedA tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or related discipline (advantageous but not essential)What We OfferCompetitive salary and commission structureCompany vehicle or allowance, plus travel reimbursementsOpportunity to shape growth in a strategic, high-demand marketSupportive, innovative, and collaborative team cultureCareer development and advancement opportunitiesReady to Apply?Thank you for considering a future with Challenger Services Group.
