Betopia Group is looking for Business Development ManagerJob Description / ResponsibilityIdentify new business opportunities and generate qualified leadsDevelop and execute ERP sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targetsPrepare and deliver product demos, presentations, proposals, and pricingNegotiate contracts and close deals with clientsBuild strong relationships with decision-makers (C-Level, IT Heads, Finance, HR, Operations)Understand client business processes and map ERP solutions accordinglyMaintain continuous communication and follow-ups with prospects and existing clientsEnsure customer satisfaction and long-term retentionWork closely with technical/functional teams to design suitable ERP solutionsGather client requirements and prepare functional documents / SOWCoordinate with implementation, support, and project teams after sales closurePrepare RFQ/RFP response and othersMaintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and reporting to managementEducational RequirementsBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MarketingMaster of Business Administration (MBA) in MarketingSkills Required: Business Development, Business Communication, KPI management, Communication in English, Target AchievementExperience Requirements4 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service,Group of CompaniesAdditional RequirementsMust have good English communication skills, both spoken and written.Additional Expertise:Proven experience in B2B sales, especially in ERP software or technology solutions.Strong understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification techniquesProven track record in leading full sales cycleAbility to collaborate closely with functional and technical teams for smooth client handoversExcellent communication skills in English and Bengali.Must have 4 to 6 years of ERP experience, and Odoo ERP experience is preferable.Job LocationDhaka (Banasree)SalaryTk. 70000 - 100000 (Monthly)
