Every new hire starts their journey with an onboarding in Amsterdam, and we reunite at least once a year at ITB Berlin/ FITUR to connect, celebrate and align.Are you a relationship-driven go-getter ready to shake up the hotel tech scene in Austria?Noovy is looking for an Area Manager with a passion for hospitality, SaaS, and helping hotels thrive in the digital era. You'll be responsible for identifying independent hotels across Spain, building trust, and guiding them through the benefits of our all-in-one platform.What you'll do:● Proactively identify and creatively approach hotels in Austria, pitching Noovy as their nexttech partner● Visit European fairs like ITB & IHS and Internorga and local industry events● Run demos and collab with Marketing● Share market feedback to shape our product roadmap● Travel to meet hotels in personYou bring:● Proficient level German speaker● 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in hospitality/travel)● A networker’s mindset and fluent German & English (Proficient level German required)● Confidence using digital tools (HubSpot, Slack, etc.)● A valid driver's license and willingness to travel● Full-time availability and valid work authorization (no visa sponsorship)We offer:● A fun, diverse and international team that supports each other● Remote role with flexible hours● Full-time employment contract● Starting base of €3,300 gross/month depending on experience● Quarterly commission + Yearly bonus (65k OTE)● Personal growth and freedom to build your regionNote: Freelance contract possibleWanna know more? check out our LinkedIn for our team, events and existing customer base!Happy to connect.
