Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Riga. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves market research, analysis of customer needs, and the creation of strategies to meet company sales and revenue goals. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Business Development, Sales, and NegotiationProficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic PlanningStrong Relationship Building, Client Management, and Networking abilitiesExcellent Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving skillsExperience with Logistics, Supply Chain Solutions, and Freight ManagementAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentProficiency in relevant software and CRM systemsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferredPrevious experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a strong advantage
