We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Sales organization, supporting our commercial expansion across Germany.In this role, your mission will be to develop, grow, and manage a portfolio of strategic automotive accounts. You will drive business opportunities from prospecting to closing, lead commercial negotiations, and maintain long-term customer relationships. You will collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Key Account Managers, Product, and Delivery teams to support customer success and secure revenue growth.This position offers strong development opportunities and a high level of autonomy in a dynamic international environment.Group ActivityA2MAC1 is the leading provider of data and benchmarking analysis for the automotive industry worldwide. The Group is the main catalyst for innovation and cost-saving for the global automotive industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow business with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in GermanyIdentify, qualify, and convert new opportunities into long-term customersManage a portfolio of strategic accounts and drive renewal cyclesLead full commercial processes (prospecting, meetings, demos, proposals, negotiation, closing)Build a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamicsCollaborate with Inside Sales teams to support pipeline developmentWork closely with Product and Delivery teams to ensure customer satisfactionMaintain CRM accuracy (Salesforce)Represent A2MAC1 during industry events and customer workshopsPrepare high-quality proposals, commercial documents, and forecastsRequirementsProfile & Skills3-5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the automotive sectorProven track record of managing a sales pipeline and closing dealsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentPrevious experience working with German OEMs/Tier-1s is highly valuedFluent in German and English (French is a plus)Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)Based in Germany (Munich preferred) and willing to travel regularlyBenefitsInternational, innovative environmentExposure to major global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliersCareer development opportunities across the Sales organization (Senior BDM / KAM roles)
