Our modern office is located just a 1-minute walk from Nänikon / Greifensee train station (only 20 minutes from Zurich main station).In this role, you will be responsible for sales across the German-speaking part of Switzerland, as well as administrative tasks essential to the smooth operation of our business.Your key responsibilitiesAcquiring new customersManaging customer, supplier, and product data in our systemResponding to customer inquiriesProcessing customer ordersAdjusting demand dynamically and placing orders with suppliersMonitoring inventory levelsTracking deliveries for Swiss hospitals and suppliersManaging receivables and recording paymentsBooking and paying supplier invoicesWhat you bringYou care about delivering excellent service and enjoy building strong, professional relationships with customers—whether by phone, email, or in person. You communicate clearly, take initiative, and approach your work with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.You’re well-organized, detail-conscious, and quick to grasp new concepts. Colleagues and clients know they can rely on you to follow through and deliver high-quality results on time.
