A majority part of the role centers on proactive business development—identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding our footprint. The remaining part involves commercial oversight, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate will be a confident, self-driven professional with deep market insight and strong financial and interpersonal skills.🔹 Business Development Lead efforts to identify and secure new business opportunities, especially within the Polish military and aviation maintenance sectorsBuild and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across government, military, and industryRepresent the company at strategic events, trade shows, and customer engagementsDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leadsCraft compelling business cases and growth strategies aligned with company objectives🔹 Commercial Management Oversee the preparation of customer proposals, pricing models, and contract termsEnsure commercial compliance and alignment with internal policies and market standardsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver commercially sound solutionsSupport negotiations and closing of strategic dealsQualifications & Experience✅ Senior-level experience in business development and commercial roles✅ Strong understanding of Polish military and government procurement processes✅ Proven success in sales strategy, relationship management, and proposal development✅ High proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and general digital tools✅ Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills✅ Strong preference for candidates with aviation maintenance experience✅ Fluent in Polish and English - spoken and written - a must have✅ Must have legal right to live and work in PolandPersonal Attributes🌟 Self-motivated and resourceful with a proactive mindset🌟 Confident in initiating conversations and building trust across all levels🌟 Strategic thinker with solid financial and analytical skills🌟 Comfortable working independently and navigating complex environmentsWe reserve the right to contact only shortlisted candidates.
