About the CompanyThis role is crucial in securing regulatory alignment, managing key public sector relationships, and identifying commercial partnership opportunities that support HelloRide’s growth strategy. You’ll represent HelloRide in discussions with government stakeholders, work cross-functionally to ensure compliance and advocacy, and build commercial relationships that align with our mission.About the RoleThis role is crucial in securing regulatory alignment, managing key public sector relationships, and identifying commercial partnership opportunities that support HelloRide’s growth strategy. You’ll represent HelloRide in discussions with government stakeholders, work cross-functionally to ensure compliance and advocacy, and build commercial relationships that align with our mission.ResponsibilitiesGovernment & Regulatory EngagementManage relationships with government agencies including LTA, URA, NParks, and Town Councils.Drive proactive engagement to ensure compliance, smooth license renewals, and early visibility on regulatory shifts.Coordinate and respond to policy consultations, data submissions, audits, and enforcement issues.Position HelloRide as a thought partner to government stakeholders in sustainable urban mobility.Strategic & Commercial PartnershipsIdentify and negotiate commercial collaborations that extend HelloRide’s footprint—e.g., other mobility players, payments, ads, real estate, retail, F&B, other community organizations.Develop mutually beneficial partnerships, campaigns and initiatives with external partners (e.g., CSR, branding, joint promotions).Support pilot programs and new revenue opportunities linked to strategic partners.Internal CoordinationWork closely with Product, Ops, Marketing, and Legal teams to deliver on BD objectives.Track performance and impact of key partnerships and prepare reports for the GM and senior management.Maintain a structured CRM and knowledge base for ongoing government and partner engagement.QualificationsBilingual in English and Chinese.3-6 years of experience in public affairs, government relations, business development, or strategic partnerships.Strong understanding of Singapore’s public sector and regulatory processes.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.Strategic thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and execution-heavy environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Urban Planning, or a related field.Preferred SkillsExperience in a high-growth mobility, tech, or sustainability company.Familiarity with licensing regimes or working with LTA-related frameworks.Pay range and compensation packageA high-ownership role with direct visibility to the GM and leadership team.A unique opportunity to shape the urban mobility ecosystem in Singapore.Entrepreneurial and fast-moving culture with room to lead and grow.Equal Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
