We are committed to innovation and growth and are seeking a talented Network Business Manager to help us expand our network of clients and partners.Position Overview: As a Network Business Manager, you will be responsible for identifying building and closing strategic business opportunities within the network technology industry. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain strategic relationships in account, drive sales engagement end-to-end, expand the HPE network footprints in both existing and new accounts and contribute to the overall growth of the business for our organization.Key Responsibilities:Identify and research potential clients, partners, and market opportunities within the network sector.Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and expand our network.Conduct thorough assessments of customers' existing network infrastructure.Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitors to identify new opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.Design and propose customized network solutions that meet clients' needs and align with industry best practices.Create detailed technical proposals, diagrams, and presentations to communicate solutions effectively.Assist in developing cost estimates and project timelines.Engage with customers in technical discussions and demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions.Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers.Lead negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients or partners.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to provide expert guidance.Provide post-sales support by assisting in the implementation and troubleshooting of network solutions, as needed.Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted technical advisor.Key Success FactorsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant industry certifications are a plus.A strong network of industry contacts and relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze data and market insights to make informed decisions.Self-motivated and results-driven with a strategic mindset.Personality TraitsA strong commitment to completing tasks on timeThe ability to develop strong relationshipsThe ability to influence and persuade our sales partners to sell our servicesStrong organization skills including planning and prioritizationCustomer service focused—Can turn a negative experience into a positive outcome through the use of empathy, the creation of an action plan to solve the customer problem, and follow through to ensure commitments are met.Negotiation skills—can create a positive solution for all partiesProblem-solving—works to understand the problem thoroughly firstQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).5-10 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on presales or solution architecture.In-depth knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and hardwareStrong understanding of security principles and their application in network design.Proficiency in network design tools and software.Note: This role is posted by Hewlett Packard Enterprise operated by Selectium (a Midis Group subsidiary), who is the sole representative of Hewlett Packard Enterprise in the region.
