The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding the pharmaceutical raw materials and intermediates business, and supporting SINOBRIGHT’s market presence in the region.Position ResponsibilitiesLead business development and key account management in the local pharmaceutical market.Identify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical and formulation manufacturers.Develop and implement market entry and growth strategies to achieve business goals.Maintain and enhance strong relationships with key clients and partners.Collaborate with headquarters and internal teams to ensure smooth execution and compliance.Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.8+ years of experience in business development or sales of pharmaceutical raw materials or intermediates in Russia.Strong local network within pharmaceutical companies and manufacturers.Strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Fluent in English.Based in Moscow, with willingness to travel across Russia.What’s on OfferOpportunity to lead market growth for a fast-expanding global company.Strong career development potential in an international business environment.Competitive compensation package with performance-based rewards.
