With that, they are seeking for a Business Development Manager to lead the Industrial and Logistic park portfolio.About The JobThis role involve heavily in identifying market opportunities, strategic partnership and attracting potential investors.Identify and assess new business opportunities in the industrial and logistics sector.Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for logistics park and warehouse offerings to strengthen market positioning.Engage with multinational companies, 3PL providers, and e-commerce players to explore leasing, joint development, or partnership options.Support investment sourcing by preparing business proposals and presentations for both local and international stakeholders.Build a pipeline of potential joint venture partners, especially those offering complementary logistics capabilities.Collaborate with internal teams across development, legal, finance, and operations to structure and execute business opportunities.Monitor market trends, government policies, and industry developments relevant to logistics and warehousing.Prepare feasibility studies, market reports, and business documentation to support decision-making.About The Manager/teamYou will be working directly with the C-level and guiding a lean team.Skills And RequirementsBachelor degree holder in business, real estate, land management or equivalent qualification With 10 years of experience in business development or strategic partnership within industrial/ warehousing or logistic field.
