Role Description We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team on-site at our Abu Dhabi office. The role involves identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth. The candidate will analyze market trends, develop sales presentations, and negotiate deals to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and sustainable growth for the organization. Qualifications Strong business development and relationship management skills, including networking and client acquisitionProficiency in sales strategy development, market analysis, and opportunity identificationExceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience in the insurance or financial services industry is a strong advantageAbility to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targetsSolid leadership and team management abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
