You’ll play a key role in expanding Kooya’s footprint, connecting with employers and stakeholders who share our values of community, care, and excellence Key responsibilities includeDevelop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presenceBuild, nurture, and manage strong client and partner relationshipsDeliver engaging, consultative presentations to prospective clientsConduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunitiesAchieve and exceed sales and revenue targetsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Perth Area. Qualifications & attributesPrevious experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, or financial services highly regardedDemonstrated success in business development, sales, or strategic account managementStrong relationship building and communication skills with a consultative approachConfident presenter with excellent negotiation and influencing abilitiesAnalytical thinker with experience in market analysis and strategic planningResults-driven and motivated by achieving tangible outcomesCollaborative team player with integrity, professionalism, and passion for ethical business and community impact Why join Kooya?At Kooya, you’ll be part of a business that values purpose as much as performance.
