The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and converting leads into clients. Additionally, the role will involve providing excellent customer service, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, updating customer databases, and providing product or service information. The specialist will also collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.Qualifications:Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skillsHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficientlyStrong Communication and Sales skillsAbility to conduct effective Training sessionsProven ability to meet sales targets and achieve performance goalsProficiency in CRM software and sales toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFluency in English is a must.Must have 2 years of experience working with the UAE based law firms as a business developers.
