We also provide career coaching and guidance for learners aged 14–24, helping them explore their strengths, set meaningful goals, and prepare for the pathways ahead.Founded by Nawal Arshad, LOF delivers accredited ILM leadership qualifications and dynamic personal development programmes across the UK and internationally. Our learning experiences combine real-world simulations, teamwork challenges, and reflective practice to help students discover their strengths and lead with confidence.Purpose of the RoleTo expand LOF’s reach and impact, we are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to drive growth across both sectors.:·      B2B channels: schools, academies, multi-academy trusts (MATs), local authorities, charities and education networks.·      B2C channels: direct to parents and students through community outreach, social media, and events.The Business Development & Partnerships Manager will build relationships, create commercial opportunities, and convert engagements into programme enrolments while embodying LOF’s mission and values.Key DeliverablesThe Contractor shall:1.    Lead Generation & Market Development·      Identify and qualify potential partners and customers (B2B & B2C).·      Build target lists of schools & educational groups.·      Develop B2C pipelines via parent networks, events, and social media channels.·      Attend education fairs, community events, and industry conferences to promote LOF.·      Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and pricing.2.    Relationship Building & Partnership Management·      Engage decision-makers (headteachers, counsellors, charity directors, parents).·      Present LOF programmes compellingly and tailor proposals to partner needs.·      Nurture long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals.·      Represent LOF professionally and ethically at all external events.3.    Sales & Conversion·      Conduct consultative sales calls and presentations.·      Negotiate programme terms and pricing aligned with LOF policy.·      Follow up with prospects and close partnership agreements.·      Meet or exceed quarterly targets for enrolments and revenue.4.    CRM & Reporting·      Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in LOF’s CRM system.·      Ensure attribution data and documentation for commission eligibility.·      Submit weekly activity and pipeline reports to LOF leadership.·      Analyse conversion rates and feedback to optimise sales approach.5.    Cross-Functional Collaboration·      Coordinate with programme delivery and marketing teams for smooth handover of clients.·      Provide market feedback to inform new programme designs and marketing campaigns.Essential Skills & Experience·      Proven record in business development or sales, ideally within education, youth services, training, or purpose-led organisations.·      Demonstrated success in consultative B2B sales and B2C campaigns.·      Understanding of UK and international education sectors, school procurement cycles, and funding streams (e.g. Pupil Premium, CSR budgets).·      Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.·      Confident networker and public speaker.·      Data-driven and organised approach to pipeline management.4. Desirable Experience·      Established connections with schools, counselling networks, and youth organisations.·      Experience selling educational programmes, online courses, or training services.·      Experience in international markets (Middle East or South Asian countries ).·      Knowledge of social media marketing for B2C lead generation.·      Multilingual ability (Arabic, Urdu/Hindi or others).5.
