This role is ideal for someone passionate about building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in a fast-paced, international environment.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue opportunities to expand our IT Services and Projects portfolio in Greece and across Europe. Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners through regular meetings and strategic engagement. Analyze client needs to identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Collaborate with the Bid Manager on RFP/RFI responses and proposal writing. Coordinate with Technical Support Teams to support bid preparation and solution design. Review and contribute to financial proposals for tenders. Oversee contract transitions and ensure smooth onboarding. Participate in governance meetings (e.g., Steering Committees, Monthly Reviews) to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment. QualificationsProven experience and deep understanding of the Greek IT market. Strong commercial mindset with a focus on client solutions and service excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of IT solution lifecycles (Software & Infrastructure). Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Hybrid) and IT Security solutions. Ability to negotiate, resolve conflicts, and build strategic alliances. IT Experience / OperationsExperience managing large-scale IT programs or portfolios. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders and client demands simultaneously. LanguagesFluency in Greek and English is required. Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus. Soft SkillsSelf-motivated and highly organized. Able to work independently and collaboratively. Strong prioritization and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
