We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a proven ability to execute growth initiatives effectively.Key Responsibilities:Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the finance sector to drive growth and revenue.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.Develop and implement strategic business development plans that align with company objectives and market trends.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and threats.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.Monitor progress on business development activities, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management.Continuously identify ways to improve business development processes, strategies, and client engagement methods.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.3–4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the finance industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business development strategies.Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other business development software.Why Join Us: This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a leading finance organization in the UAE, where your efforts will directly impact business success and client satisfaction.
