Business Development Manager (Media & Sponsorship Sales Background Preferred)We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong UAE or GCC experience in media sales, sponsorship sales, and partnership acquisition.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.Drive sponsorship sales for events, media platforms, and digital activations.Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.Create tailored proposals and pitches to secure high-value partnerships.Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing.🔹 Preferred Profile:Proven experience in media sales, sponsorship sales, or business development.Strong network across agencies, corporates, and brand managers.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Ability to think creatively to develop unique sponsorship ideas.📍 Location: Hybrid🕒 Employment Type: Full-time💼 Experience: 2-4 years (media & sponsorship sales preferred) Salary AED 8000+ Commission
