We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to lead market growth in Finland’s digital pathology and AI healthcare sectors. You’ll help expand adoption of innovative AI solutions that enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency for medical institutions and laboratories.What You’ll DoIdentify and develop new business opportunities in digital pathology and healthcare AI.Build strong relationships with hospitals, labs, and industry partners.Manage the full sales cycle-from prospecting to closing deals.Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions for client needs.What We’re Looking For3–5 years in business development or B2B healthcare sales (AI, medtech, or digital pathology preferred).Knowledge of Finland’s healthcare ecosystem and procurement processes.Excellent communication skills in English; Finnish is a strong advantage.Proactive, strategic, and goal-oriented mindset.
