It's about being part of a company that values your personal growth.Embrace an exciting career opportunity where each day allows you to contribute to Morrison Finance's ongoing success in the financial services consultancy sector.Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop Business Strategies: Formulate and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations for prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their objectives and requirements.Deal Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations and close business deals to meet revenue targets and organizational objectives.Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities and competitive advantages.Representational Duties: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote services and enhance brand visibility.Reporting: Ensure accurate communication of sales performance, produce reports, and provide regular updates on sales activities.Soft SkillsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders effectively.Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative approaches to achieve business objectives.Negotiation: Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable deals and agreements.Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Education and ExperienceEducation: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
