业务发展经理将带领ISCA在中国的增长工作,重点拓展合作伙伴关系、推动课程销售,并加强协会在会计与金融领域的影响力主要职责:业务拓展与销售 主导并推动ISCA全方位课程、产品与服务的销售,包括但不限于 SCAQ 及 持续专业发展(CPD)培训课程。 建立并管理完善的销售管道,确保持续的潜在客户开发、跟进与转化,以达成收入目标。 制定并执行战略性销售计划,以实现并超越年度关键绩效指标(KPI)。 发掘新的商业机会,提出创新举措,以提升ISCA在中国教育与专业发展领域的市场定位。 合作与利益相关方关系管理 识别、发展并巩固与高校、金融机构及企业客户的战略合作关系,扩大ISCA的市场版图并提升品牌影响力。 代表ISCA出席中国各地的交流活动、会议及行业论坛,有效传达组织的使命、愿景与服务。 建立并维持稳固且长期的外部合作关系,促进协作与战略性增长。 创新与增长计划 以创业思维构思并落实创新项目,推动组织成长,强化ISCA在中国市场的影响力与品牌存在感。 密切关注会计与财务领域的市场趋势及新兴需求,制定创新且具影响力的方案,巩固ISCA作为行业思想领袖的地位。 任职要求:商业相关领域的学士学位。 拥有相关经验的文凭持有者也将被考虑 至少5年业务拓展相关工作经验 具有教育与培训行业销售经验者优先考虑 出色的管理能力和人际交往能力,能够与各层级的海外合作伙伴建立并维持良好关系 具备优秀的人际沟通与利益相关方管理能力,能与内外部伙伴建立并维持良好关系 拥有出色的研究、分析、写作及表达能力 能够独立工作,同时具备良好的团队协作能力 积极的心态、不懈的韧性和快速学习的能力,以应对客户拒绝并开发新方法生成和完成潜在客户 The Business Development Manager will spearhead ISCA’s growth efforts in China, focusing on expanding partnerships, driving programme sales, and strengthening the Institute’s presence in the accounting and finance sector. Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Sales Lead and drive sales of ISCA’s comprehensive suite of programmes, products and services, including but not limited to SCAQ and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training programmes Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation, follow-up, and conversion to meet revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual KPIs. Identify new business opportunities and introduce innovative initiatives to enhance ISCA’s market positioning in China’s education and professional development space. Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Identify, develop, and strengthen partnerships with universities, financial institutions, and corporate clients to expand ISCA’s footprint and enhance its market reach. Serve as a key ambassador for ISCA at networking events, conferences, and industry forums across China, effectively communicating ISCA’s mission, vision, and offerings. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with external stakeholders to foster collaboration and strategic growth Innovation & Growth Initiatives Adopt an entrepreneurial mindset to conceptualise and implement innovative projects that drive growth and reinforce ISCA’s presence in the Chinese market. Stay abreast of market trends and emerging needs in the accounting and finance sector to develop innovative, impactful solutions that position ISCA as a thought leader. Requirements:Degree in a Business-related discipline Diploma holders with relevant experience will also be considered At least 5 years of experience in business development Candidates with sales experience in the education and training industry will have an added advantage. Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain effective relationships across internal and external stakeholders. Excellent research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills Independent worker with the ability to also collaborate effectively as part of a team Positive mindset, unfailing resilience, and ability to learn quickly, to counter customer rejections and evolve new methods to generate and close leads
