The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing strategies to expand market presence, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role will require proactive networking and market analysis to drive growth aligned to Nova Group growth strategy.QualificationsBusiness development and sales skills, including experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship managementStrategy development and market analysis experience to identify and pursue growth opportunitiesNegotiation and communication expertise for building strong partnerships and closing dealsCollaboration and team coordination skills to work effectively with internal departmentsProficiency in CRM software and other business toolsAbility to manage time effectively and work independently in a hybrid environmentProven experience in the construction, manufacturing, or home improvement sectors is a plus
