Job descriptionThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth across key verticals by developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening engagement with major channel partners.This role requires a deep understanding of the video surveillance and security solutions market, with a preference for candidates who have previous experience or engagement with Samsung or Hanwha Vision products, teams, or channel ecosystems. ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop, and secure new business opportunitiesDrive strategic initiatives to expand Hanwha Vision’s footprint and strengthen brand presence in the regionConduct presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops to communicate value propositions effectivelyQualifications5+ years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the CCTV market.Prior engagement or hands-on experience with Samsung or Hanwha Vision (e.g., product sales, channel management, or project delivery).Strong understanding of B2B ecosystem, cultural nuances, and market dynamics.Proficiency in using CRM (Salesforce) software and other sales tools.Willingness to travel as needed within the region, interstate and international
