The BD Manager´s responsibilities shall include:setting the sales strategy for the focus market Oil&Gas as well the sales pipeline for the coming years,identifying new markets and new customers through a well-developed Go to Market planidentifying new business opportunities in the Energy Transformation market helping customers with their ESG targets and own business planspreparing regular sales reports as well as sales plansAbility to judge new technologies and solutions and their contribution to expand the Company´s businessHow You’ll Make an ImpactDeep understanding of the Oil & Gas market, identify key partners in the market, know customer’s business and its key driversDevelop positive relationship with key customers in Oil & Gas market, understand decision making process, identify key decision makers and responsible for maintaining and promoting a relationship matrix on all levelsElaborate a market analysis and identify business opportunities using growth strategies in Oil & Gas and convincingly present planSupporting key customer’s goals and demonstrating relationships, identify business opportunities for SE and accurately conduct due diligence to filter viable potential and develop opportunity with sales team. Build new business models in collaborative manner with customers and SE Business AreasInterface between customer and SE Business Areas, presenting voice of the customer, during bidding, contract negotiations and after market activitiesResponsibility to comply and / or make sure the protocols, policies, guidelines, and proficiencies of the current integral management systemWhat You BringUniversity Degree in Engineering or Business or similarProfessional Experience (10 years) in (the Oil&Gas Industry)Technical Knowledge (understanding the technical solution and the boundary conditions of our offering)(English and Spanish), at professional working proficiency level.
