Business Developer – On-Trade (Dublin City Centre – North) Remote / Field-Based | Full TimeWe’re hiring an experienced On-Trade Business Developer to take ownership of a key Dublin City territory (Northside), working with some of the most dynamic pubs, bars, and hospitality venues in the city.This is a commercially focused role for someone who knows the licensed trade, builds strong relationships, and enjoys winning, growing, and nurturing accounts. You’ll be the face of a premium drinks portfolio in your territory, working day-to-day with venue owners, managers, buyers, and trade partners to drive visibility, activation, and volume.What You’ll Be Doing • Manage and grow a portfolio of on-trade accounts across Dublin City (North) • Increase distribution, visibility, rate of sale, and activation impact • Identify and win new business in target accounts • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in the trade • Execute promotions and drive brand presence in venue • Track competitor and category trends and share commercial insights internally • Collaborate with commercial, marketing, and trade teams to maximise performanceWhat We’re Looking For • 3+ years’ on-trade sales experience (drinks or hospitality FMCG) • Proven territory management and commercial negotiation skills • A relationship-first, consultative sales approach • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously • Full clean driving licencePackage & Setup • Competitive base DOE • Performance bonus • Additional daily allowance • Pension (post-probation) • Field-based with autonomy and flexibility • Company car / EV If you have strong on-trade relationships and want to own a lively city-centre territory with a premium portfolio we would like to hear from youIf this sounds like the right next step, apply here on LinkedIn
