Job Description
As an on-site BDM, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. This role is ideal for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities and are motivated by performance-based earnings.Key Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industriesDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsConduct on-site meetings and presentations with potential clientsCollaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure client satisfactionAchieve sales targets and report on performance metrics regularlyRequirements:Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (preferably in IT)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong presentation and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and meet targetsMust be available to work on-site at our Karachi officeCompensation & Benefits:10% commission on net profit from each closed dealOn-site support and resources to help you succeedHigh earning potential with no cap on commissionsOpportunity for long-term growth and career advancementQualifications:MBA in Marketing or relevant masters degree.
