Job Purpose:To focus on sales and drive the implementation of business development strategies across Poland & Baltics.To originate, manage and close existing sales and new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities: In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development and Marketing organizations, key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:To form close relationships with Hanwha Distribution Partners, end users, consultants and specifiers in the IP Video Security Channel to promote the Hanwha brand, and to increase sales and demand for Hanwha security products.To achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix. This will involve the strategic and active analysis of market opportunities, as well as the ability to influence decision-makers and ensure sales growth.Strategic planning - Both short and medium-term sales planning will be required on a regular basis following sales workshops, and liaising with the Hanwha Product Management team to share market information. This is to ensure the correct positioning of Hanwha products in the market. Recommendations on marketing plans and new/revised strategic direction will be discussed with the Country Manager.Areas of responsibility will include:End user consultationsConsultants and specifiersLiaising with major System integrators at senior levelDevelop close relationships with Hanwha Distribution PartnersProduct and market segmentation, positioning and targetingInput of ideas towards marketing plans for new product launches and customer eventsFocus on Project-based businessAccuracy of forecastingAchievement of all budgets and targetsThis is a regional role, therefore extensive travel across the whole of Poland & Baltics is required.Experience & Qualification Requirements: A proven track record in a business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.Extensive experience with CCTV and associated technologies, in particular presenting relevant solutions to end users and consultants/specifiersExperience within City Surveillance or ITS projects would be advantageous.Must have a knowledge of the market, main channels and potential customers within the electronic security market.Good understanding of new technologies, especially network video systems and their topology.Business or Technical Degree Level Education would be advantageousPC Literate - Intermediate & Advanced ‘Microsoft Office’ skills to include ExcelA desire to make a positive impact on the market and brand recognitionAbility to develop strong and lasting relationships with both internal company Directors/colleagues and key clientsAbility to demonstrate independent thinking and good clear judgmentAbility to demonstrate motivation of teams to achieve targetsA team player – demonstrate success in team situationsDisplays a pro-active approach and is a ‘solution finder’Self-motivated and able to work under own initiativeProject Management, Product Planning, and strong communication skills required with the ability to present at board level to Blue Chip companies, and to communicate on all levels in a clear and concise mannerAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlinesLocal language & English essentialFull and clean driving licenceLocation:The job holder is required to be located in either the South or West part of Poland as the role will include extensive travel throughout the Poland and Baltics region and travel outside of these areas may be required from time to time. Travel to the Warsaw office will be expected from time to time as per the Country Manager Poland and Baltics expectations however the role is remote.
