The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in home renovation, building and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and technical consultants, analyzing market trends, and creating strategies to drive growth. Additional duties include negotiating contracts, overseeing client proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align services with client needs.Qualifications3+ years' experience in business development for construction business in DubaiFluency in English and ArabicStrong business development, sales, and negotiation skillsProficiency in client relationship management and account managementMarket research, strategy development, and business analysis skillsExcellent communication, networking, and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in project coordination and time managementExperience in the construction or real estate industry is a MUSTBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
