Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager at RW AGENCY, based in Riyadh. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and managing client accounts. They will work closely with team members on strategic planning, market research, and fostering sales growth to support company objectives. Qualifications Strong skills in business development, client acquisition, and account management.Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.Proficiency in relationship building and maintaining strong interpersonal connections with clients and stakeholders.Effective communication abilities, including presentation and negotiation skills.Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Previous experience in business development or a related role is preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic is a strong advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
