We provide seamless shopping experiences through our app, home try-on service, and physical lifestyle stores where customers can also enjoy specialty coffee and freshly baked cookies.We’re looking for a Business Development professional to help expand our store presence and build strategic partnerships with malls across Indonesia.Job Descriptions:Communicate and build strong relationships with mall representatives, especially leasing teamsLead new store expansion in malls and stand-alone locationsMonitor lease periods and manage lease renewalsHandle lease-related administrative tasks such as LOI, LOO, PSM, addendums, and morePossess strong and broad networks with malls throughout IndonesiaAnalyze potential locations by assessing traffic count, sales forecasts, and payback period calculationsRequirements:3 – 7 years of experience in Business Development / Leasing / ExpansionStrong communication and negotiation skillsDetail-oriented, especially in administrative and lease documentationAble to work independently and collaborativelyWilling to travel for business when neededPowered by JazzHRB3TqINRgwq
