About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager (Senior Level)- Ocean Freight to lead growth initiatives across Singapore and the broader Asia region. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep expertise in freight solutions, customer engagement, and pipeline development. You will be instrumental in conducting business reviews, develop new clients and strengthening relationships with key accounts.Key Responsibilities:Propose and develop new business opportunities within Singapore and the region.Maintain a robust and healthy pipeline across ocean freight products for all verticalsCollaborate closely with internal product teams to ensure customers are informed of the latest offerings and pricing.Build and nurture strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and efficient communication.Actively participate in major customer activities and provide day-to-day support to ensure service excellence.Represent the company in leadership development initiatives, including completion of Personify Leadership Training.Contribute to regional strategy and explore opportunities for expanded responsibilities.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in business development and not limited to account management within ocean freight from global freight forwardersExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with product and commercial teams.Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to grow into a regional role.Residents who are eligible of working in SG are considered only
