Business Development Manager (Senior / Junior Level)

OVERVIEWWe are looking for motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Business Development team. Whether you're at a junior or senior level, you will play a key role in expanding our network, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting client relationships. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you’ll help drive growth across various markets, maintain strong collaborations, and contribute directly to the company’s long-term success.MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFind potential IB (Introducing Broker) partners, clients, and explore new market opportunities.Develop and grow your network and client portfolio.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.Negotiate and close deals with potential IB partners.
