About the RoleAchieve sales budgeted premium and manage the sales team.Responsible in retaining existing client, develop new business and ensure growth production in line with company's requirement.Assist to manage the sales team.ResponsibilitiesAssist to achieve set production target & targeted profitability.Assist in developing and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source.In charge of coordinating collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is within manageable level.QualificationsMinimum 2 years working experience in relevant industry.Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!Required SkillsGood interpersonal and organizational skills.Able to work with minimum supervision.Knowledge in SME Loan.
