You will help and craft services and facilities in over 200 locations in more than 60 international airports across the world.Join our family today.Together, we'll make travel better.What you'll be doingAs the Business Development Manager, your role will be pivotal in expanding our brand presence and strategic business partnerships in the region. This is a varied and challenging role where you will be working within a multi-cultural environment, able to input, collaborate with different global teams within the group as well as external stakeholders.Your key responsibilities will include:Research and identify new business opportunities across the Southern Europe, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services.Strategically establish relationships & cultivate opportunities with business partners and develop strategic partnerships alliances that bring onboard new location(s) that are aligned with the Business Development strategy.Manage the tender preparation, write-up and delivery of proposals through professional presentations and closing business deals by complying with requirements and upholding Plaza Premium Group highest quality standards.Driving revenue growth and ensure strong performance against business targets to inform strategic decision-making.Responsible for the preparation of proposals, presentations, and negotiations for new business opportunities, specifically in relation to the expansion of the PPG 3rd Party Lounge network.Partner with local, regional & global teams to review and oversee the development of proposals on opportunities in various business verticals.Account management.About YouThe ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a diversified, fast-paced and collaborative environment with strong business acumen and analytical mindsetDegree holder with at least 8 years’ relevant experience and a strong background in business development, strategic relationship management, financial modelling, aviation business acumen, contract expertise, negotiation and market research.Experience working on international business projects.Based in Italy.Excellent command of spoken and written English and another Language is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team and to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.Time Management skills – ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage projects to the end.Candidate with experience in airport hospitality, hotels or F&B is an advantage.Ability to build strong networks.Excellent accuracy and high level of detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willing to travel for business when necessary.
