? edThe OpportunityWe’re looking for a Business Development Manager – Strategic Accounts to lead growth initiatives and enhance performance across key partnerships. In this influential role, you’ll work closely with advisers and their teams to strengthen the end-to-end risk sales process, build capability, and improve customer outcomes. Partnering with the Head of Strategic Accounts, you’ll engage with National Account advisers to drive Sales Excellence, Operational Efficiency, and build strong stakeholder relationships. If you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for collaboration and delivering results, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities IncludeIdentify opportunities and solutions to help achieve strategic account goals. Support training initiatives for strategic accounts. Coach advisers and staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, processes, and technology use. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Strategic Groups and AIA. Maintain regular, value-adding contact with key clients through a structured call plan. Understand clients’ business goals and help with their annual planning. Create networking opportunities for clients. Work with the Head of Strategic Accounts to resolve adviser complaints promptly. Report any adviser concerns to the risk team proactively.
