You'll leverage your sales expertise to promote their products/services, identify prospects, and close deals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.Role responsibilitiesNew Business Development: Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to address their challenges.Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective clients.Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales quotas, consistently striving for revenue growth and contributing to the company's overall success.Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company objectives.Role requirementsAt least 4 + years in a B2B sales role, within the technology / IT or Software (SAAS) industryProven sales experience as a business development manager (building and growing own pipeline & generating new business deals)Self-motivated and driven individual with a proactive approach to sales and relationship-buildingProven experience in solution selling & growing business / revenue within an enterprise verticalStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate product value propositions effectivelyPrevious experience in software or hardware sales, with a solid understanding of technology products/servicesAny experience selling technology solutions / SAAS into the retail, health or public sector is an advantage but not essentialBenefitsWork for a fast growing & highly reputable software organization that is offering a solution to increase safety in the workplace, through modern & cutting edge technology solutions.Uncapped commision structure with reduced first year targetHigh OTEBe part of what will be one of the next biggest tech pioneers in the Australian IT industryThe role will be 80% new business with 20% account management, the main driver is executing new deals and growing the specific verticals for this businessThe role can specialize or cover a range of verticals including: enterprise retail, health, government and othersThe business is growing the sales team & this will open up doors for progression for this role, a growth plan is in placeYou will have the opportunity to crack into the global markets, whilst this role will initially focus on the national market, you will potentially be able to secure deals in the US / UK as wellLarge deal sizes with enterprise length sales cycles, following a solution sales approachSolution that sells itself, they have customers banging at their door to use itHealthy supply of warm & inbound leads for you to follow up, the solution is heavily demanded in the market with strong customer attraction ratesHybrid role with WFH flexibility after onboading is completeNewly created role for a well established technology brand that is going through a high growth phaseHave the opportunity to partner and work with some of the biggest brands in the retail, corporate, healthcare and NFP verticalsYoung, dynamic & bustling work cultureOffice is close to public transport & easily accessibleCity fringe location with an impressive office full of amentiesThe software helps decrease crime rates in the retail space, meaning that there is a positive contribution made to the community from the solutionPhone, Laptop, digital credit card & unlimited business uber account added to the packageWork with technology that makes an impactful difference to the community, increasing safety in all industriesYou will have your hands on industry leading software & hardware technologyIf you are an experienced Business Development Manager, please apply and we will review your application as soon as we can.Tektalent looks forward to hearing from you
