Location: Goshi Warehouses – Warehouse 29, 22nd St, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, DubaiIndustry: Flower Industry Experience: 3–5 YearsNationality: Open to AllSalary: To be discussed during the interviewJob Type: Full-time We’re growing fast and we’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help us expand our reach in the regional flower market. Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities in the flower and gifting industry.Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, hotels, and distributors.Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets.Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor insights.Collaborate with marketing to design impactful promotional campaigns.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnerships to drive profitability.Manage key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.Represent The Flower Society at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3–5 years’ experience in business development or sales, ideally within the flower business.(experience with floral products/services is a plus).Strong understanding of floral products, logistics, and market trends.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus).
