Business Development Manager

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and working closely with internal teams to support the growth of the organization. Responsibilities will include market research, developing and implementing business growth strategies, preparing presentations and proposals, and achieving sales targets. Regular reporting on progress and collaborating with cross-functional teams are also key parts of this role. Qualifications Business development skills with experience in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, market research, and building networksStrong communication and negotiation skills to establish and maintain client relationshipsStrategic planning and organizational skills to develop and implement business growth initiativesProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with a results-driven mindsetExperience in using CRM systems and data analysis toolsKnowledge or experience in the retail, tools, or hardware industries is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldAbility to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration within a remote team
