This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional who understands logistics, technology-enabled solutions, and the value of real-time visibility. You will own the full sales cycle, build strong client relationships, and position OPUS as a strategic 4PL partner.What You’ll DoIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the U.S.Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, platform demos, solution design, proposals, and closing.Manage and grow a portfolio of clients by presenting tailored 4PL solutions built on our proprietary platform.Partner closely with internal teams to deliver customized, high-value solutions.Understand customer pain points and translate them into measurable improvements and clear ROI.Maintain a structured pipeline and accurate forecasting in CRM systems.Lead commercial negotiations and secure long-term partnerships.Support early post-sales activities to ensure smooth onboarding and successful implementation.Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to shape OPUS’ positioning in the U.S.What We’re Looking For3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within logistics, 4PL/3PL, supply chain, or freight forwarding.Experience with real-time visibility platforms or tech-enabled logistics solutions is a strong plus.Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and modern 4PL models.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients and partners.Highly analytical, proactive, and results-driven.Excellent knowledge of the U.S. logistics market and its competitive landscape.Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.Willingness to travel regularly for client visits and business development activities.What We Offer:The opportunity to join a rapidly expanding 4PL provider operating within an innovative environment and backed by a global logistics group.The opportunity to shape the commercial strategy of OPUS in the U.S. market.High ownership and autonomy in managing your business portfolio.Access to cutting-edge 4PL technology and advanced digital supply chain tools.Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.International exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous learning.Flexibility in work location, depending on role requirements.
