You are going to build out the European B2B network around obesity clinics and all relevant partners.You’ll take full ownership of the commercial journey, from identifying and engaging new prospects to shaping and closing partnerships that drive real business growth. Next to offline, you create lead generation with various online channels.This is a hands-on role in a relatively new business unit, where you’ll help define how we go to market, create momentum, and turn opportunities into measurable results.You have input on, and co-create, marketing materials, proposition, collateral and new product ideas.This role is exciting because you’ll be joining at the ground floor of a new business unit, helping shape how we approach growth beyond bariatrics into the broader obesity care market.You’ll work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your drive directly translates into visible impact. Every partnership you bring on board contributes to building FitForMe’s footprint in a rapidly evolving space where healthcare and consumer health meet.What you’ll bringMinimum of 5 years relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree;Proven experience in B2B sales, managing the full cycle from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing;Strong consultative selling skills able to listen, understand partner needs, and translate them into win–win commercial solutions;Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (ideally HubSpot) to manage pipelines, track performance, and drive efficiency;Solid understanding of healthcare or consumer health markets, and how commercial execution works within these ecosystems.Next to that you areA driven closer who thrives on winning new business and seeing deals through from start to finish;Curious, proactive, and confident.
