We manage transportation across the U.S. for dealers, auctions, rental companies, fleet owners, and institutional clients. As we grow, we are hiring a Business Development & Operations Manager based in India to lead our offshore growth, team, and service delivery.Role OverviewThis is a high-impact leadership role requiring experience with U.S.-based logistics clients, hands-on operations management, and a proven ability to build and manage a high-performing team of 7 to 12 people. You must be both a strategic leader and a practical executor, ready to own results across business development, carrier coordination, customer retention, and revenue growth. ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage a growing offshore operations and sales team (7–12 members)Drive new business acquisition from U.S.-based dealerships, fleets, auctions, and financial institutionsOversee and optimize order processing, carrier assignment, customer updates, AR/AP coordination, and CRM pipelineEnsure team accountability through KPIs, performance reviews, and mentoringLead internal tech adoption, CRM usage, and workflow improvementCollaborate with U.S. leadership for seamless cross-border executionPresent data-backed strategies, dashboards, and growth reports to executive leadershipPersonally handle top-priority clients or escalations as a hands-on servant leaderMust-Have Qualifications (do not apply if you do not meet 80% of the following criteria) 5–7+ years of experience in vehicle logistics, transport brokerage, or supply chain management Proven experience working with American clients in a logistics or brokerage settingLed and managed a team of 6 to 12 members, with clear examples of output improvement and people developmentHands-on operations leader with the ability to independently manage quoting, carrier coordination, order tracking, AR/AP updates, and CRM workflowsMust be able to demonstrate financial growth or performance metrics from past companies — including revenue contribution, cost savings, operational efficiency, or deal winsMBA from a nationally ranked US university OR 5–7 years of measurable turnaround/growth success in logistics or supply chain verticalsStrong technical proficiency — must be comfortable using CRM tools, dashboards, automation, and collaboration platformsExcellent English communication skills — both verbal and written, suitable for direct client handling in the U.S.Must be willing to relocate if needed and be able to work full-time in U.S. Eastern Time (EST)Must be ready to provide 3 verifiable professional references Preferred SkillsExpertise in freight brokerage, carrier networks, CRM systems.High EQ and people management skillsAbility to think analytically and execute decisively under pressurePrior startup or scale-up experience in the logistics domain What We OfferCompetitive base pay + performance-based incentivesPotential for equity or profit-sharing in long-term contractsFull-time hire opportunity based on contract performanceDirect collaboration with U.S. leadership and daily impact on business outcomesDynamic, entrepreneurial culture with high ownership and growth velocityHow to ApplySend the following to admin@saaslogistics.ioResumeCover letter explaining your relevant experience and why you're the right fit3 professional referencesSubject line: BDM-Operations USA – [Your Full Name]
