WOW Recruitment is currently looking to hire an experienced Business Development Manager to join a high-growth professional services firm dedicated to empowering business owners and founders. Our mission is to help clients build commercially successful and personally fulfilling businesses.Location: Sydney CBD Salary: $120-130k + Super + OTE $170-200KWorking Model: HybridWhat You'll DoOwn a revenue target and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly budgets.Build and progress pipeline by managing inbound promptly (with SLAs), running targeted outbound, and converting event/webinar/boardroom interest into meetings.Conduct high-quality Discovery and Exploration sessions to diagnose challenges, quantify their impact, and align recommendations with outcomes.Present and persuade: deliver crisp sales presentations, handle objections, and negotiate to close.Forecast with precision: maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage, improve cycle times, and deliver accurate weekly forecasts.Collaborate to convert: partner with Marketing, Events, and Partnerships teams to maximise meeting set, show-rates, and meeting-to-close conversion.What You'll Bring2-5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales (SMB/mid-market)Proven record of exceeding targets.Mastery of discovery, presentations, negotiation, and closing.CRM discipline (HubSpot/Salesforce experience preferred) and a metrics-driven mindset.Strong written communication for outreach, follow-ups, and proposals.Coachable, competitive, and collaborative; brings energy and urgency.If you're interested in the above role, please reach out by clicking "Apply" today!
