🌿 We’re Hiring! – Business Development Manager (Tea Exports)Location: Makola, KiribathgodaCompany: Zakso Holdings (Pvt) LtdZakso Holdings, a fast-growing Ceylon tea exporter, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our tea sales in both local and international markets.This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on market development. You’ll drive partnerships, strengthen brand presence, and lead the business growth of our premium tea portfolio. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our tea products in the local and international markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.) to promote our tea products effectively.Coordinate and manage product deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operational activities.Handle inquiries from potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.  Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing ROI, and market insights.Requirements:Proven experience in sales and/or marketing (FMCG, tea, or related industry experience preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns.Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Knowledge of international trade and export procedures (preferred but not essential).Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.Valid driver's license (preferred).Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).💼 An attractive remuneration package awaits the right candidate.📧 Send your CV to info@zaksoholdings.com#BusinessDevelopment #Manager #TeaExports #Sales #Marketing #CeylonTea #SriLankaJobs #ZaksoHoldings
