Using seaweed and other regenerative resources, we develop compliant, high-performance materials that enable the food and packaging industry to eliminate plastics—without compromise.Now scaling fast across Europe, we’re bringing to market our breakthrough coated papers, coated boxes, and direct coating solutions.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales professionals to drive growth across the BeNeLux region, with a primary focus on paper and packaging convertors. This role is central to building Zerocircle’s presence in Europe by leveraging existing relationships, forging new partnerships, and closing deals with distributors and converters. In the immediate term, the focus will be on selling coated paper solutions; within the next 12 months, this role will also lead the introduction of our coating technology directly into the market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a sales strategy for coated paper and coated packaging in the BeNeLux region.Leverage existing partnerships within the paper industry, distributors, and convertors to build a strong, recurring pipeline.Drive lead generation, pitches, pilots, and conversions, ensuring smooth handover to operations.Build long-term commercial relationships that set the foundation for direct coating sales in 12 months.Represent Zerocircle at exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events.Report on sales pipeline, performance, and market feedback.Requirements5+ years’ proven sales experience in the paper, packaging, or converting industries.Deep existing network of contacts in BeNeLux with paper mills, distributors, and packaging convertors.Strong track record in closing B2B sales and managing key accounts.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantage.Willingness to travel frequently across the BeNeLux region.What We OfferCompetitive base salary (€30,000–€40,000) + % commission on sales.Chance to work with a fast-scaling global biomaterials company recognized for innovation and impact.Direct influence on the growth of Zerocircle in Europe.Opportunities to grow into senior leadership as the company expands.
