Job Description

The ideal candidate will establish and grow Descon’s EPC presence in the Qatari market by developing relationships with key clients, identifying high-potential project leads, and managing the full BD cycle—from lead generation to proposal submission and negotiation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in QatarIdentify and pursue new EPC project opportunities across oil & gas, petrochemicals, and utilitiesWork closely with estimation and proposal teams to deliver competitive bidsStay updated on local regulations, tendering processes, and competitor positioningRepresent Descon locally and act as the face of the company in QatarKey Competencies:

Client engagement and key account managementKnowledge of Qatar’s regulatory and tendering environmentStrong networking and interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinking and bid strategy developmentResult-driven approach with attention to deadlinesAdaptability and local cultural awarenessCommercial negotiation and follow-upSelf-discipline and ownershipQualifications & Experience RequirementsUniversity graduate preferably with engineering background OR experience in EPC / Oil & Gas sector with strong BD and proposal experienceDeep understanding of the Qatari market and EPC project cycleStrong writing and communication skillsGood organizational habits and follow-throughExisting client connections (end users, consultants, PMC) preferredNote:
