About The Job Business Development Officer - Site AcquisitionA Business Development Officer specializing in site acquisition plays a crucial role in managing relationships with key clients and stakeholders involved in the acquisition of sites for various expansion projects of MR DIY Philippines.ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded throughout the site acquisition process.Site Identification and Evaluation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential sites for acquisition, assessing their viability based on client requirements and regulatory considerations.Negotiation: Lead negotiations with property owners, local authorities, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms for site acquisition.Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, engineering, and finance, to facilitate the smooth execution of site acquisition projects.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on site acquisition progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.Compliance: Ensure all site acquisition activities comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies.Job QualificationsBachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Site Acquisition/Site Development/Network Expansion/Property and Asset Management.Excellent written and verbal communication.Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.Willing to do field work and report to Head Office (Marikina City) when needed.
