Job Description Nepal Tea Collective is an impact-first, purpose-driven Nepali brand that works directly with tea farmers to promote ethical sourcing, sustainable production, and premium Nepali tea in domestic and international markets. The organization focuses on transparency, community empowerment, and building a globally recognized identity for Nepali tea.The Business Development Officer will play a key role in expanding the company’s B2B network by building partnerships with cafés, hotels, restaurants, retailers, and hospitality businesses. This position involves active networking, outreach, relationship building, and market development to grow the brand’s presence in the food and beverage ecosystem.The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and working in a dynamic environment that involves both field visits and business development activities.Key Responsibilities• Identify and approach potential B2B partners such as cafés, hotels, restaurants, and specialty retailers • Conduct outreach through visits, calls, emails, and networking events • Present Nepal Tea Collective’s products, brand story, and partnership opportunities to prospective partners • Organize and conduct product sampling sessions and tea tasting experiences • Negotiate partnership terms in coordination with internal teams • Maintain and manage a structured pipeline of leads and potential partners • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and assigned partners • Collect market feedback regarding product quality, pricing, packaging, and service • Monitor industry trends within the tea, beverage, and hospitality sectors • Analyze competitor activities and identify new market opportunities • Represent the brand at industry events, tastings, and networking gatherings • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional initiativesRequired Skills• B2B Sales • Client Relationship Management • Communication and Storytelling • Networking and Relationship Building • Market Research • Negotiation • Lead Generation • Time Management • Knowledge of Food & Beverage IndustryApply via Linked In or send us your C.V at apply@recruitnepal.com.
